Cancellation Policy

At Rasoi Elegance, we aim to process and dispatch your orders quickly so you receive your products on time. For this reason, order cancellations are only accepted within a short time window after purchase.

Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 to 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, cancellations are not allowed, except in genuine cases, because:
    • Orders move swiftly to packing and dispatch
    • Products may already be handed over to the courier
    • Processing fees and shipping coordination are already underway

How to Cancel

  • Email us at rasoielegance@gmail.com within 4–6 hours of placing your order
  • Include your order number and reason for cancellation
  • Cancellations are valid only after confirmation from our support team

Exceptions (Genuine Reasons Only)

Cancellations requested after 6 hours will only be considered for reasons such as:

  • Duplicate order
  • Incorrect product ordered by mistake (with immediate follow-up)
  • Wrong shipping address entered and unable to change it

These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
